A white light bar indicates the device is in Flossing Mode (30-100 psi).

Should I be using a water flosser?
Should I be using a water flosser?
Whether you struggle with sensitivity, braces, physical limitations, or tonsil stones, the AquaClean Duo is a great way to augment your daily oral care routine and ensure you are properly caring for your teeth and gums. We still recommend flossing with string floss like our NanoFloss and Versa Floss Picks to ensure you clean interdental spaces according to ADA guidance.
How strong is the water stream pressure?
How strong is the water stream pressure?
On Flossing Mode and Pulse Mode, it has a range of 30 to 100 psi. This is similar to high quality single-motor water flossers on the market and great for cleaning teeth and braces.
On Safe Flushing Mode, it has a softer range of just 10-35 psi. This makes it incredibly gentle on sensitive areas, especially with the tonsil nozzle which softens the flow even more. These features make it more gentle than standard flossers on pulse mode.
How long does the battery stay charged?
How long does the battery stay charged?
With consistent twice daily use for up to 90 seconds, you'll be able to go almost 2 months without needing to recharge AquaClean Duo. But, when you do need a recharge, just snap on the magnetic charger and leave overnigh
Can I use the Tonsil nozzle on regular Flossing mode?
Can I use the Tonsil nozzle on regular Flossing mode?
We recommend using each nozzle according to it's specified use case. The Tonsil nozzle has a patented design that is twice as long, with a wider tip opening than regular nozzles. These features allow for more laminar flow of water. Paired with the soft Flushing mode psi, the water stream is safe for use on tonsils and soft tissue. Using the Tonsil nozzle in Flossing mode will limit the flossing ability.
Can I use the Regular nozzle during Flushing mode?
Can I use the Regular nozzle during Flushing mode?
The regular nozzle is never recommended for use on tonsils, but may be used in Flushing mode on sensitive gums. The regular nozzle is not long enough to reach the back of the throat and does not have the wider tip opening to soften water flow enough for tonsils.
